Requesting Deletion of Your Information
Artizone allows suppliers and other individuals whose personal information is held by Artizone to request deletion of that information. You do not need to create or sign in to an account to submit a deletion request.
How to Submit a Request
Send an email to admin@artizone.co.za with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”
Information to Include
Please include your supplier or business name, the cellphone number used during registration, and enough information for Artizone to locate the relevant supplier profile or records. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information by email.
Identity Verification
Artizone may ask for additional information to confirm that the request is being made by the person concerned or by someone authorised to act on their behalf. This helps prevent unauthorised deletion of supplier records.
Information That May Be Deleted
Depending on the information held, deletion may include the supplier profile, contact details, service information, profile photographs, registration details, uploaded verification documents, and other personal information associated with the supplier registration.
Information That May Be Retained
Artizone may retain limited information where this is reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain security records, or protect the rights of Artizone and its users.
Processing the Request
Artizone will review the request and may contact you if more information is required. Once the request has been verified and approved, the relevant information will be deleted or anonymised where reasonably possible. You will be informed when the request has been completed or if any information must legally be retained.
