Artizone gives independent artisans and service suppliers an opportunity to present their services to consumers looking for local skills.
How Registration Works
Complete the supplier registration process in the Artizone app. You will be asked for your personal or business details, the services you provide, the areas you serve, and information that helps consumers understand your experience and capabilities.
Information You Provide
Your registration may include your name or business name, cellphone number, trade or service category, service area, experience, qualifications, languages spoken, availability, transport, tools and equipment, profile description, photographs, identity or company registration details, and supporting documents where they are requested.
Your Supplier Profile
Information intended for consumers may be displayed on your Artizone supplier profile. This can include your name or business name, trade, service area, experience, profile description, photographs and contact details.
Identity numbers, company registration documents and verification documents are not intended for public display.
Review of Registration Information
Artizone may review the information submitted and may contact you if clarification or supporting information is required. Submission of a registration does not automatically guarantee publication or continued display of a supplier profile.
Keeping Your Information Current
Suppliers are responsible for keeping their profile information accurate and up to date. Changes to contact details, availability, service areas or other information should be submitted through the Artizone app or reported to Artizone.
Contact from Consumers
Consumers may review your profile and contact you directly. You are responsible for discussing the work required, pricing, materials, timing, payment arrangements and any other conditions directly with the consumer.
Independent Suppliers
Suppliers listed on Artizone are independent service providers. Artizone does not employ suppliers and is not responsible for quotations, appointments, payments, workmanship, taxes, insurance, transport, tools or agreements between suppliers and consumers.
Supplier Responsibilities
Suppliers must provide truthful information, communicate professionally, perform work lawfully and comply with any licences, permits, safety requirements, tax obligations and industry rules that apply to their services.
